Our Story
We’re Yulia and Tino — the people behind Madrid New Start.
Tino arrived in Madrid in 2017 at just 22, full of energy and big dreams. He started in Tecnocasa, learned fast, got fired fast too (for being “too honest”), and decided never again to work for someone else. That leap into independence set the tone for everything to come.
Yulia’s path was different. Russian-Spanish, over 20 years in Madrid, fluent in several languages, and with a heart as big as the city, she had already become one of the top rental advisors in town — known for treating every client like family.
We met at Engel & Völkers. What began as mentorship turned into partnership — in life and in business. After years with big names like Engel and later Sotheby’s, we realized this wasn’t us. Agencies gave us logos, not freedom.
The lightbulb moment came over coffee with a client in Paseo de Recoletos. He asked, “Can I see you online?” and we realized we had no real presence, no brand, no story out there — even though we were already managing dozens of properties. That day, Madrid New Start was born.
For us, real estate is about people, trust, and new beginnings. With every client, we share more than keys — we share our network, our ecosystem, and our support long after the deal is done.
